Ken Boltiador is the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Exmagis Technologies. He received his Bachelors of Science in Economics degree from the University of San Carlos, cum laude. His love for computers, programming, and technology started during his grade school years at Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu. He started Ligtas At Your Fingertips during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Inspired by how technology can serve a greater purpose to the community, he built Exmagis Technologies with the higher purpose of accelerating Cebu's growth through technology.
